Afspraken

Het management stelt op het standpunt afspraken te hebben met de OR; de OR stelt echter nergens vanaf te weten. De afspraken waar het management het over heeft krijgen wij niet. Daarom tasten wij dus in het duister over hetgeen er al dan niet is afgesproken en de wijze waarop dit wordt uitgevoerd. Per saldo natuurlijk een hele rare situatie die in elk geval zeer ongebruikelijk én onwenselijk is!

Bijeenkomst 26 mei

Daarom nodigen wij jou van harte uit om samen met de collega’s van FNV de ontstane situatie te bespreken en wat we eraan kunnen doen. Neem zoveel mogelijk collega’s mee. Samen staan we sterk. Voor een broodje wordt gezorgd.

Meeting ID Logistics’s employment conditions policy
For several months now, we have been receiving messages from various employees at ID Logistics that show that the terms of employment policy, in particular the wage increase, is not at all clear and that there is dissatisfaction with the state of affairs.

Dates
The management states that it has agreements with the Works Council; however, the Works Council claims to know nothing about it. We have not received the agreements management is talking about. That is why we are in the dark about what has, or has not, been agreed and the way in which this is implemented. This is of course, a very strange situation that is in any case very unusual and undesirable!

Meeting on May 26
That is why we invite you to discuss the arisen situation with FNV colleagues to discuss what we can do about this. Please visit the meeting on May 26^th, and bring along as many colleagues as possible. Together we are strong. You will be provided with a sandwich.
